I'm a big fan of Parisian anything and hope to travel to Paris some day (soon)! Until then, I've found ways to appreciate French culture from afar.
Watch: The 400 Blows
Directed by François Truffaut, one of the pioneers of French New Wave, this is a story of a young boy who, ignored by his family, gets into mischief and the like. A poignant story, this artfully shot black and white is a classic French film must!
Listen: Carla Bruni's Comme si de rien n'était
Former model Carla Bruni, also known as Carla Bruni-Sarkozy (married to the President of France, Nicolas Sarkozy) delivers a relaxing assortment of French tunes + guitar. Type "Carla Bruni" in Pandora for a great station, too. Love!
Ok, so not all of us can afford custom designer luggage, but we can admire it, right? I had an active handbag company for many years (and still keep it up on the side), and I really appreciate the custom care that goes into good quality luggage and bags. My sisters get excited over the recipes below, but my mouth waters when I watch this LV video on how they create some very unique special requests. Custom cake box, anyone?
I am a tea drinker. A tea snob, at that. As much as I love coffee, tea is cozy in a way coffee will never be (and it doesn't give me the jitters). I shell out the big bucks for high quality blends. In the spirit of this post, check out Harney and Sons "Paris" flavor, a fruity black tea with a hint of lemony Bergamot. Yum.
Stay Fabulous!

This is the tea you gave me for my birthday and it is HEAVEN! Of the ones I have had so far, this is my favorite.
