Greetings!

Hello sisters and readers!

I am mj mini! As youngest of the group it is my usual tendency to follow (note the word "follow" and usually a little late) in the footsteps of my fabulous big sisters, so I feel that it is appropriate that I am a little tardy in my blogging. But no fear! I have officially scheduled blogging into my schedule! I am, among other things, a student studying Vocal Performance and Theater and am at the start of my senior year. Like most students, I'm constantly trying to stay on top of homework and studying, but one of the things that truly keeps me going is yoga! This is one of my absolute favorite poses. It can be a little challenging at first if you are not having a flexible day, but I promise that practicing it will bring you benefits! It's called Pigeon Pose, and is a two part pose. It is great for stretching the hips and thighs and feels very restful for me.

In response to middlemaggie's first post about Anoushka Shankar's cd...I love this for yoga time and just for life in general. Great music!
